A former footballer who played at a high level in Seoul's high school league, Hyungjun knows the Korean game from the inside. He went on to work in recruiting, helping Korean players earn scholarships at US colleges - and now leads Scout's growth across Korea, bringing academies and clubs a simpler way to run their teams.
